I'm glad to say that this location is now one that I would recommend! The service is great and they're friendly + helpful. The food was good (and it was cut! Haha.) We used the curbside pickup, and they were very fast at coming outside. Overall, it seems like management must have changed because I no longer have any gripes with this location!
Ordered online. Was here earlier than expected. Correct and hot. The delivery guy was really nice and waited for me in the hotel lobby since the hotel wouldn't let him come up. We are here in KC twice a year and have always had nothing but good service and food.
